01 Acceptance of terms

By using the Wisemen website, the SABIO dashboard, the Wisemen Premium membership, or any of our resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 What we provide

Wisemen provides a Solana trading dashboard (SABIO, at app.wisemenalpha.com), a private membership (Wisemen Premium), and free resources including an eBook library and media. These terms cover all of them.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules on trading digital assets where you live.

04 The dashboard

SABIO connects to public Solana wallet addresses on a read only basis. It does not take custody of your funds and never has access to your private keys or seed phrase. The SABIO AI agent provides information and analysis to assist you. The decisions and the actions you take are your own.

05 Membership

• Wisemen Premium is by application and approval. Not every application is accepted.
• Eligibility includes a verified trading record of over $150K in profit. Proof is requested before review.
• Membership is a one time payment of 100 SOL, confirmed on chain, for lifetime access.
• Because payment is made on chain, all sales are final and not refundable.
• You agree to keep materials shared inside the group confidential, and to conduct yourself respectfully. We may remove members who abuse the group or break these terms, without a refund.

06 Resources

Our eBooks are provided free for your personal use. Our media is free to watch and to share. You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute our content as your own.

07 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services. That includes attempting to break or probe our security, scraping or copying at scale, interfering with other users, or using our services for anything unlawful.

08 Intellectual property

All content we publish, including the dashboard, eBooks, videos, articles, and the Wisemen brand, belongs to Wisemen or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, and non transferable right to use it for its intended purpose, and nothing more.

09 No financial advice

Wisemen is an education and intelligence service. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading digital assets carries significant risk, including the total loss of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

10 Third party services

Our services link to and rely on third parties, such as wallet providers, blockchains, and our customer management system. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or actions, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11 Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wisemen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of our services.

12 Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these terms. The sections that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, will continue to apply.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a revised date, and your continued use means you accept the changes.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
